Booking a Birthday Party

• To book a party, a parent will need to fill out a WISC Birthday Party reservation form. This can be done in person at WISC or over the phone.
• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required. Your reservation will be secured ONLY AFTER the deposit has been paid.
• A waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian for each guest.
• Please - no outside food and drinks.
• Only parents of the birthday child may participate in the activity portion of the party.
• Please call in advance for times and availability.
