How do I get started?
Register for a Self Service account below to buy memberships, buy fitness academy packages and book sessions.
How do I book for sessions?
Use Self Service to book your sessions.
You must register for a session at least 30 minutes prior to the start of a class.
All class cancellations must be done at least an hour prior to the start of a class.

MemberMe+ App

Once downloaded, search for WISC. Use your Self Service login/password to access the APP and manage your classes direct from your phone.
*Note, you must set up a Self Service account prior to using the APP.
Cancellation Policy
All monthly packages and memberships require a 30 day written notice.
Notices to cancel a Fitness Academy package may be faxed to 757-253-6467, emailed to Info@thewisc.com or returned to the customer service desk.
All packages and memberships are non-refundable.

Memorial Week


You will be required to sign up for (using the MemberMe+ app or Self Service) to all the outdoor classes. A maximum of 10 people (spaced 10ft apart) will be allowed in each class. If you get there and class is full you cannot stay.

Masks are encouraged but not required and we ask that you bring your own mat.

We will have use of the space outside the bay doors, the turf fields and the t-ball fields. I will try and let you know ahead of time the location of class but in case you miss it workout location will be posted by the bay door.

Keep an eye on the announcements on the app for last minute changes to the schedule!

Fitness Child Care is not being offered at this time.

WISC Fitness Academy yoga, barre and WOD classes will be found on our new portal!

You will get unlimited access to our class schedule, taught by your favorite WISC instructors, in real time in an interactive format. This means you will receive live coaching right at home. Choose from drop in rates, 2 weeks unlimited package or monthly unlimited. Current Fitness Academy members who have not canceled their membership will be given a FREE access code.

What is the Fitness Academy Performance Gym?
The WISC Fitness Academy offers the flexibility to attend the below fitness classes all with one package. Monthly packages offer unlimited usage for all classes. Add a WISC membership to get member pricing for the Fitness Academy and gain access to the upstairs fitness center, the aquatics center to swim laps as well as discounts on all other WISC programs.

WOD
Workout of the Day featuring constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Programming will be broad, general, and inclusive.

Barbell Club
This 1-hour class will feature periodized, progressive strength training for the barbell enthusiast. Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Strongman movements.

Boot Camp
This class will be feature constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Programming will be broad, general, and inclusive. It will not involve barbells, or advanced gymnastics movements.

HIIT 30 & HIIT 60
HIIT 30 - A 30 minute interval training class focusing on cardiovascular conditioning using the Air Assault Runner, Rogue Echo Bike, Concept 2 Ski Erg, and the Concept 2 Rower.
HIIT 60 - The second half of the HIIT 30 class focusing on strength based interval training using bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and kettlebells.

Kids WOD & Teen WOD
Kids WOD - (Ages 6-10) This 30 min play-based fitness class will feature a skill of the day, workout of the day, and a game.
Teen WOD - (Ages 11-17) This 1-hour class will feature a structured warm-up, skill work, strength movement, and workout of the day.
