  • Yoga Fusion

Not limited to one style of yoga, this class includes elements of Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and more to include occasional use of special props such as 5 ft dowels and yoga wheels.

  • Yoga Conditioning

When you are craving a little more intensity, this dynamic class focuses on strength and stability as a whole in mind and body.  You will use props and body weight to create a stronger, steadier foundation for your practice, then move through a progressive series of poses before time for seated meditation and savasana.  Be prepared to build heat, sweat, and have fun!  Expect to leave invigorated, and feel the benefits carry across to other practices and your daily life.  Prior yoga experience recommended.

  • Hatha Yin

Your morning yoga class for awakening a balance between movement and stillness, leaving you feeling fresh and energized for your day by tuning inward to your most radiant self.

  • Pilates

Mat Pilates is a pilates training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscles and core strength. Much of the equipment that you find in a reformer class can also be used in a pilates mat workout. Your instructor will give you options to use bands, exercise balls, and sometimes even small weights to help level-up your pilates experience.

  • Yin Yoga

This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – lower spine, hips, inner thighs, hamstrings. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer; working beyond the muscular level and into the connective tissues.
    Appropriate for all levels.

  • Lazy Sunday Yoga

Wake up slowly and enjoy some gentle movement to round out your weekend.

  • Yoga for Daily Life

In our culture, our daily lives can lead to chronic problems to our physical balance and overall well-being.  This class focuses on bringing posture and musculature back into balance, while combating detrimental physical habits of daily life.  We begin with purposeful and gentle asana sequences to warm up the joints and muscles, then move into poses designed to strengthen overstretched muscles, lengthen shortened muscles, and relax tensed ones.  Learn how to use this tool to help you feel good in your daily life.  Prior yoga experience recommended.
