All boot camp, WOD (Workout of the Day), teen WOD, sports performance and High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) style classes are held in the WISC Fitness Academy Performance Gym.

 

Not sure if this is for you?  Schedule a FREE orientation where you’ll meet the performance gym and mind/body instructors, tour both gyms, go over movements and assess where you’re at individually, ask lots of questions, and see if this is for you!! (psst… it’s for everyone!)

  • HIIT

    A fast-paced class with a combination of cardio and strength-based intervals utilizing body weight.  HIIT classes are modified to the user so it works for everyone!

  • WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

    Features a daily variety of functional movements performed at high-intensity intervals.  The programming is broad, modifiable, and inclusive!

  • BOOTCAMP

    Bootcamp features varied, functional movements performed at a high-intensity.  Programming is broad, general, and inclusive!  Bootcamp does not involve barbells or gymnastics movements.

  • TEEN WOD

    This one-hour class features a structured warm-up, skill work, strength movement, and a workout of the day.  Perfect to get/stay in shape or enhance your sport performance!
