Adults WOD

Workout of the Day (WOD) features a daily variety of functional movements performed at high intensity intervals. Programming is  broad, general, and inclusive.

 

Teens WOD

Teen WOD (Ages 12-14): This one-hour class features a structured warm-up, skill work, strength movement and workout of the day.

What is Fitness Academy?

The WISC Fitness Academy offers the flexibility to attend different types of group fitness classes. Monthly packages offer unlimited usage for all classes. Add a WISC membership to get member pricing for the Fitness Academy and gain additional access to the full-equipped fitness center, the aquatics center to swim laps, as well as discounts on all other WISC programs.
