At WISC FIT we focus on teaching our athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning that will allow them to become faster, stronger and more powerful as they strive towards their athletics goals.

Camden Hilton

Camden started his fitness journey playing soccer at the high school level and for the Richmond Kickers for 4 years. He then received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and fell in love with weightlifting. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that specializes in improving strength while emphasizing safety and injury prevention. He also trains youth athletes ages 6-9 (Little Lifters) with the intention to teach foundational movements that will transfer easily to our Power Performance sessions (ages 10-18).

Qualifications & Education:

  • B.S. in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science

  • NSCA – CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)

"I joined Power Performance back in October with the goal in mind of becoming stronger and deadlifting 280 pounds by the end of the year. Three months in I deadlifted 330 pounds. The class is diverse and caters to all fitness levels. I had so much fun working out with Coach Tim and learned a great deal about proper form, technique, and how to safely push past my limits."
