What is Sports Psychology?
Sport psychology focuses on the mental and emotional aspects of athletic performance. It helps athletes enhance their focus, confidence, resilience, and ability to manage pressure. Whether you’re an athlete, coach, or team, sport psychology can help you improve mental toughness, handle adversity, and stay motivated toward your goals. The WISC Integrative Health Center has partnered with The Performance Pursuit, a leader in providing sport psychology services to athletes of all ages since 2015.
Sports Fun
The WISC houses the best sports and team programs in Williamsburg, and we make being a part of them even easier! If your children are signed up for any programs that begin after 3:30 PM, we provide a dedicated staff member to make sure every child is brought to their afternoon activities.

Full-time program // 7:00a-6:00p *rest time is 12:30p-2:30p daily
Part-time program // 7:00a-12:30p
*Morning drop-off period is 7:00a-9:30a. Curriculum begins promptly at 9:30a!
Is WISC Kids Club a licensed facility?
Yes! Our preschool is licensed through the Virginia Department of Education! We work diligently to exceed the guidelines and expectations of the state!
The Cost
All rates are weekly!
Full-time: 2 year olds $225 // 3-5 year olds $205
Part-time: 2 year olds $175 // 3-5 year olds $150
Bright Beginnings students: $175
Is this a year-long program?
Following the WJCC calendar, our school year begins on the last Monday of August and ends mid-June.
We host a 10 week summer camp annually!
What qualifications, experience, or education do your teachers have?
Our teachers meet the training requirements given by the Virginia Department of Education. To learn more about those requirements click here!
Does the staff administer medication?
Yes! Our staff members who have completed the Medication Authorization Training can administer medications.
What is your staff to child ratio?
In our 2 year old classrooms we have a 1:8 ratio, or 2 teachers with a class of 16.
In our age 3-5 classrooms we have a 1:10 ratio, or 2 teachers with a class of 20.
Will food/lunch be provided?
*Lunch boxes and water bottles should be labeled with your childs name.
What curriculum does the Kids Club preschool use?
We use research-based early learning curriculum, The Experience with Mother Goose Time!
