WHAT IT IS.

1607 APC Strength and Conditioning is  designed for middle and high school athletes of all skill levels who want to improve performance, confidence, and resilience – both physically and mentally.

Our program emphasizes long-term athletic development, using safe, proven training methods that help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level in their sport. Whether an athlete is just starting their journey or looking to separate themselves from the competition, this program provides the foundation to succeed.

HOW IT WORKS.

Every athlete begins with routine assessments and performance testing. This allows s to create training programs tailored to the athlete’s needs, sport, and stage of development.
