Our WISC Fit membership offers a blend of fitness experiences designed to cater to every goal and fitness level. For those seeking a personalized challenge, our Custom Fit program provides training programs catered to your goals. If you prefer a more flexible workout approach, our Functional Fit open gym time lets you explore strength, endurance, and agility training at your own pace.

All Levels Yoga
Quiet the body and mind through a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with each class tailored to meet the students at their various levels.
Barre
Inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates; the WISC's Barre class focuses on low impact movements designed to strengthen your body in ways few other workouts can.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha incorporates joint movement exercises, sun salutations, as well as holding each asane (pose) for five breaths to increase balance, flexibility, and strength. Props may be incorporated to get the best results.
Yin Yoga
Uses poses seated or lying down to improve flexibility by opening fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Poses are held from two to five minutes with conscious breathing. Yin Yoga is a must for any yogi committed to advancing their practice.
Vinyasa
Focused on the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Vinyasa Yoga becomes a moving meditation that creates strength and fluidity in the body and mind.
Power Vinyasa
A dynamic and fast-paced yoga class that combines flowing movements with strength building poses to create a full-body workout. It links breath with movement, offering a challenging cardiovascular and muscular experience while building flexibility and endurance.
Mat Pilates
A low-impact, core-focused workout that emphasizes controlled movements to improve flexibility, strength, and posture. Performed on a mat, it targets key muscle groups that help enhance body awareness, balance, and overall functional fitness.
Zumba
A high-energy dance fitness class set to infectious, upbeat music that blends Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves. It's a fun, full-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and toning exercises. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting, Zumba offers a dynamic way to stay fit while having a blast!
Core & Stretch
A class that combines targeted core strengthening exercises with flexibility-focused stretches. Perfect for all fitness levels, it promotes a well-rounded approach to building strength and improving flexibility by improving posture, balance, and stability.
Crush 60
A low impact, high intensity total body workout using a combination of indoor rowing and resistance training to improve strength and endurance. Energizing music, exercise variety, and a group class keeps you accountable and coming back for more!
LesMilles Body Pump
Set to motivating music, BodyPump offers a fun yet challenging full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels that will tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Using light to moderate weights with high repetitions, it focuses on building endurance, strength, and muscle definition.
